About Guitaresque

Guitaresque is a Singapore-based non-professional classical guitar quartet. All our members are full-time working professionals but have come together because of our shared passion for guitar music.

We are alumni members of the NUS Guitar Ensemble (GENUS), the premier Niibori-styled guitar orchestra in Singapore, founded by Mr Alex Abisheganaden.

Guitaresque won the first prize and second prize (ensemble) in the 2004 and 2001 Singapore Guitar Festival Competition respectively.

Hello Guitaresque, wanted to contact you guys via email instead but couldn't find any email address on the blog...

Anyway, I have a lattice-braced Smallman-style Australian made guitar that I wish to let go. Tonally it's closer to a traditional guitar, definitely not as 'nasal' as most Smallman guitars get.

Wish to let go of it as I find it's actually too powerful/loud for long practice sessions in my HDB flat. It's really designed for an auditorium/concert hall.

If you have any friends who are in the market for a powerful concert guitar please have them contact me via email at dca4321 @ yahoo.com

I'm in Singapore and can arrange for a tryout for serious buyers. I will provide more details on the guitar via email. Thanks.

P.S. : Sorry to use the comment space for this, just delete if required.
